Check your dental insurance plan to find out what type of coverage you have for our services. If you like, we can process your insurance information and give you a cost estimate for the treatments you are interested in. For your appointment, we will submit the claim for services rendered, and you will receive a bill for the balance due. We accept payments from most insurance companies. However, Chesterfield Valley Dental is only “in-network” with Delta Dental Premier and all other plans will be considered “out-of-network.”
Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. We will do our best to help you work with your insurance plan, but we have no control over whether your insurance company will pay for a procedure. It is your responsibility to understand and stay up-to-date with your insurance policy and coverage. You are responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance.
