Here is a brief explanation of how our porcelain veneers are created:
- During your first visit, Missouri cosmetic dentist Dr. Robert Goldman or Dr. Jeffrey Yenzer will reshape your teeth to prepare them for your new veneers.
- An impression is taken of your mouth and sent to our trusted lab, the May Dental Lab.
- Our dentists will create temporary veneers for you to wear while your permanent ones are being designed.
- May Dental Arts will create your porcelain veneer from a single block of porcelain. An Ekton zirconium understructure is used on all porcelain work for a strong foundation.
- All of our porcelain veneers are created through the CAD-CAM procedure. Your veneers will be computer generated and milled out of tooth colored zirconium, which provides incredibly beautiful aesthetics
- Once your permanent veneers have been created, you will return to our office once more so that we can place them on your teeth.
