Dr. Robert Goldman

St. Louis cosmetic dentist Dr. Robert Goldman is an accomplished dental professional from Long Island, New York. He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and then attended New York’s Columbia University where he received his master’s degree. Dr. Goldman taught high school for a few years, after which he attended Washington University in St. Louis in pursuit of his dental degree.

Following completion of his dental education, Dr. Goldman returned to New York and participated in a dual residency at one of the country's top programs, Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center. He successfully completed residencies in general dentistry and geriatric dentistry. The program was unique in that it emphasized  a special focus on both pathology and restorative dentistry.

After returning to St. Louis in 1982, Dr. Goldman started in his first private practice and became a faculty member of the Washington University School of Dental Medicine. He served as both Co-Director for the Department of Emergency Dental Service and Assistant Clinical Instructor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Goldman is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and is dedicated to continuing education. He regularly attends classes on new technologies and techniques in the dental industry and speaks at local dental study groups. He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

As an avid baseball fan, Dr. Goldman is quite proud of his impressive collection of autographed baseballs. At present, he is working on his first book. Dr. Goldman and his wife Mary Beth, a make-up artist for Neiman Marcus, enjoy spending time with their son Josh, who graduated from the University of Kansas. Josh currently works for the Triple A Tacoma Rainiers baseball team.
