Insurance Coverage

Check your dental insurance plan to find out what type of coverage you have for our services. If you like, we can process your insurance information and give you a cost estimate for the treatments you are interested in.

During your appointment, we will submit the claim for services rendered, and you will receive a bill for the balance due. For Delta Dental patients, we are listed as an in-network provider.

Payment and Financing for Dental Services

We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover®. If you prefer to pay your service fees over time, Chesterfield Valley Dental Group offers a special payment plan with a Citi® Health Card. To be eligible for the payment plan, you must have a balance greater than $150. Ask for a Citi Health Card brochure during your visit, or save time by applying directly on their website. Additionally, we accept CareCredit financing. Please let us know if you have any questions about any of our payment or financing options.

If you currently are not covered under a dental insurance policy, payment for dental services is requested at the time of your appointment. For major procedures such as a root canal, we ask for 50% of your balance to be paid during your first visit, with the remaining 50% due at your subsequent visit.
